How can I make a purchase from BLE-SHOP.COM?

No credit card information is stored in BLE-SHOP.COM or anywhere else, and this is the reason that in recurring orders you must enter your credit card details again. Therefore, YES it is absolutely safe to enter your credit card information on BLE-SHOP.COM site.

Do I need to register in order to buy from BLE-SHOP.COM  

No, you do not have to register. You can make purchases by simply entering a valid email address.

Are the products you sell authentic?  

Absolutely. The products we sell are 100% authentic, and we guarantee every purchase from BLE-SHOP.COM.

Do the prices include the VAT, since I live outside of Europe and I am exempt from VAT tax.  

For these countries that VAT is mandatory, the VAT is included in the prices. For the other countries that VAT is exempt, the VAT is not included. Just make sure that you choose your country at “your location is” and the site will automatically adjust all prices.

If I return the goods am I still responsible for the original duty fees when the package cleared customs?

Is my order insured  

Yes. All orders are insured for theft and damage while in transit. Once a package arrives, you should check the protective seal that it is not broken and in general inspect the package for obvious damages. If you notices anything of the above either refuse delivery or state the alleged damage on the paper that you are asked to sign for delivery. If you write such damage on that paper, our insurance covers you. If you fail to write it, then our insurance does not cover you. In any way, our insurance does not cover the order after delivery has made.

Once you have found what you are looking for, and after you have made your selection concerning color or size, if applicable, then you clik on “ADD TO CART.”

When you are finished shopping, simply clik on the “CHECKOUT” located on the right top of every page. There you will be able to review your order, change the quantities or remove any items. To complete your order, clik on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.” If you have an account then you will be asked to provide your password. If you do not have an account, you will still need to enter an email address and your shipping and payment information. Then you will be asked to provide your payment details.
